- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Greater Seacoast HVAC provides the best value in terms of pricing. We spend time being extremely diligent and bringing each problem recognized to the homeowner with solutions. We are great at offering multiple solutions and when it comes to repairs, we offer financing! We occasionally run promotions for A/C maintenance and tune-ups before the summer begins and furnace maintenance and tune-ups before winter begins. Offering 5% off total invoice for military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies from customer to customer, but when I am matched with a customer, I call them and chat through the issues they are having with their systems over the phone. We set up a diagnostic appointment, solutions and recommendations are given, and we proceed from there. I am very knowledgeable in HVAC and want to make sure the customer gets solid advice and work to remain in customer's budgets. Greater Seacoast HVAC also offers financing if a replacement of a system is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined the Air Force after High School where I trained and worked doing HVAC. I have almost 10 years of on-the-job knowledge and experience.
