I can’t say enough wonderful things about John. He was extremely professional, responsive and highly communicative at all times. He was never pushy, took time to understand exactly what I wanted my floors to look like- and, he achieved exactly that for me. He worked very diligently and was done quickly so I could begin moving in my furniture. He worked over the weekend to ensure the job was finished in time. John refinished my ~1000 sqf hardwood floors on 2 floors including the stairs during the holiday week. Being very professional, he completed the project with great quality, efficiency, and punctuality. Aside from his quality work, I also feel he is a great listener and communicator, very attentive to client’s needs, and always trying to be as flexible as he can to accommodate schedules and changes.
