- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the needs of our costumers but generally is around $25 per hour for servers and bartenders with a four hour minimum as well as travel time in case the event is located outside the MBTA service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get engaged personally as the owner of the company and make sure costumer's needs are satisfied in full. In case there is a need for it I make a visit to the event spot days before the event is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 8 years of experience working as a server, bartender and event manager. Also I have a TIPS certificate and our staff is exclusively experienced staff.
