Misha and Penguin do regular catering at The Skating Club of Boston for all their special events with challenging logistics. The service is always impeccable,on time and the clean up after every event outstanding. I could not recommend them highly enough and we feel very fortunate to have them as part of out team. The are highly professional. I have also used them for personal catering service as well and it couldn't have been gone any better, their attention to detail and quality of staff can't help but make anyone's event a huge success.

Penguin Caters does all of the events for The Skating Club of Boston, which is about 25 different events of all different varieties. They are excellent and able to accommodate various requests with ease/

My experience with Penguin Caters has been outstanding from the first phone call through the last guest leaving our party. We used 1caterer and 1 bar tender, and I could not have been happier with either of them. They were very presentable, friendly, helpful, organized, efficient, I could go on and on. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the needs of our costumers but generally is around $25 per hour for servers and bartenders with a four hour minimum as well as travel time in case the event is located outside the MBTA service area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get engaged personally as the owner of the company and make sure costumer's needs are satisfied in full. In case there is a need for it I make a visit to the event spot days before the event is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 8 years of experience working as a server, bartender and event manager. Also I have a TIPS certificate and our staff is exclusively experienced staff.
