Horrible experience with this company. I made an appointment for 2 seperate units for treatment. They never showed up for the first appointment (Friday). Only when I asked about if they were able to make it out (now Monday), they realized that their tech never showed up. Had I not followed up, this would've gone unnoticed. They sent someone out later on Monday to do the treatment. I had another appointment already booked for Tuesday for a different unit. The tech showed up, but he shattered the oven glass door while performing the treatment. Even though the tech took full responsibility, the company's rep keeps dancing around the fact that "screws were missing" which is why it broke so easily. That is not how stoves work. They agreed to replace the glass and I assumed they had taken care of it. 2.5 weeks later, my tenant reaches out to get an update on this and turns out they are "in the process of ordering it". Horrible. Responses are lacking and I kept getting left on read. During all this time, I never received an invoice or a report. Terrible management, and even worse customer service. Be careful before booking this company. I'll have my attorneys reaching out as everything is documented.

Hello - the tech got sick and had to reschedule last minute. After you reached out to us on Monday, we came out that same day at 6-7 pm and took full responsibility and it had been resolved. The following day we were out there for a rodent service in which the tech pulled out the stove and the glass fell out. We have photos of the washers and parts missing on the handle which means it was probably installed improperly. Again, we took responsibility regardless and agreed to replace the glass. We also sent the invoices to your email since you could not be there to meet the tech for 2 jobs, which you never notified us that you would not be there, and you never paid for either of the services. For several weeks we have been calling part suppliers and going around to different places and keep getting the runaround ourselves that all orders are backlogged. Ever since covid hit, ordering parts for anything is very difficult as we were informed from part suppliers. I asked you for recommendations or advice on it and you would not be cooperate and and jumped right to attorneys and to bashing us. To sum things up, we have not been paid for 2 jobs, are expected to pay for a glass on the stove, you slandered our company on multiple platforms, and made it clear you are getting an attorney. After all this, it seems the only options is attorneys.
