Jack General Services is an outstanding professional Company. All communication between myself and Jack went smoothly and letting me know what they would be working on that day. Everyone of Jack workers were extremely friendly and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted the decks done. Workers did a professional job fixing my decks, installing stair, painting trim and cleaning area when finished. Working with them was very easy. They were very careful and very professional, always on time. They are the most customer service-oriented contractors I have ever worked with! Their attention to detail is unmatched. As a first-time user of Thumbtack, it was a great experience. Jack was punctual and respectful. He completed the job better than I imagined. Jack General Services has a great crew and I enjoyed having them working on my Deck project. and I will definitely be using them for future projects! I would definitely recommend this company.

I met with Jack and his staff prior to the job. He assured me about schedule and cost prior to beginning and lived up to his estimate. The work was completed to perfection. People cannot believe the before and after pictures. I will be using his company again. The Springfield area is extremely lucky.
