- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are by the hour + organizing/storage products
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll discuss your goals for the space and how you/your family uses the space. We can do this over the phone or in person. From there, I'll build a project plan that's specific to your home/place of business that offers organizational systems and recommended products. After you approve, I'll shop for all of the needed organizing products and storage solutions. Finally, we'll pick a date for me to come and declutter and/or install the organizing systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been organizing homes and commercial businesses for the last 7 years. I've helped hundreds of moms to CEO's become more organized and productive. I am a member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing). I also spent 10+ years in the events industry, coordinating and organizing large-scale global events.
