I’m a certified and passionate Vinyasa Yoga teacher dedicated to helping people feel more connected to their bodies and minds, both on and beyond the mat. I tailor the private session to your needs. My teaching approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and hands-on adjustments (with consent) to create a nurturing and energizing practice for all levels. My goal is to guide you toward balance, strength, and a deeper awareness of yourself. I offer group classes, private lessons, and at-work yoga, focusing on creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone to explore their practice.

Absolutely love having Vereds studio in my neighbourhood. The home studio is so welcoming and the practice is always challenging in the right amount. The owner is a professional Yoga instructor and also does hands-on assistance to anyone interested. I hope to get a membership!

I've just started the classes with Vered, but I am already impressed by her gentle approach that at the same time builds correct poses foundation and promotes calmness and inner balance. I intend to continue attending as many of her classes as my schedule allows and highly recommend her to anyone who wants to start yoga or to advance their skills.
