- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes travel, which covers all of the software that I use. There won’t be additional fees over the price that I quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If this is your first time working with a professional photographer, just know that it’s really easy and painless. We have plenty of ideas so just come to us and tell us how you hope to use the photo and will find a good budget friendly option!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors from Goucher College and a masters from American University, School of International Service. I think these experiences help me with the business and customer service side of freelancing as a creative.
