FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone's family and their pets are different, and need different attention. I'll charge a little more for medications, fluids, etc. Or if I need to travel farther. But my pricing is very fair and reasonable. ☺
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone/text or email first, to get a sense of what they need, their pets' personality and needs, And to answer any questions they may have about my qualifications and experience. Every pet is special and has special needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years with a local rescue organization, where I learned to really get to know cats and all of their nuances, science and medical background which makes it easier for medications and managing illness, 20+ years experience working with feral and shy scared kitties. And of course I've been privileged to have many dogs and cats to care for of my own in the past 40 years. The key is to treat all dogs and cats as individuals that have individual needs!
