- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Family-Owned Midsize, very reasonable company and will work with the customer to always come up with fair price. We care about our customers and it shows in our reviews! We also can help with possible Insurance claims on behalf of customer as well as offer financing. We can also offer some of the best manufacturer warranties in the country, as well as have in-house warranty for other Repairs and Other Contracting work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, Text, or email to set up an appointment, we will provide free estimate, show samples of the products as well as help with any question or concerns. If needed we can also accommodate remote estimates, and work with customers over the phone re: details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many manufacturers' certified warranties available. We are able to offer up to 5 star with CertainTeed, Up to 50 years with GAF ( Master Elite Status) as well as Own Corning's, and/or Free in-house warranty as well!
