- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free experience: 1. Initial Consultation I start by getting to know you and your needs. Whether it’s a wedding, event, or portrait session, we’ll discuss your vision, goals, and preferences during a call, video meeting, or in-person consultation. This helps me tailor my services to align with your expectations. 2. Customized Proposal Based on our discussion, I’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. For events like weddings, I’ll also include options for add-ons such as extra hours, second shooters, or albums. 3. Booking and Deposit Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll secure your date with a signed agreement and deposit. This ensures my full commitment to your project. 4. Pre-Event Planning For weddings and events, I’ll work with you to create a detailed timeline and shot list to ensure no moment is missed. For portraits, we’ll discuss wardrobe, location, and styling to make the session unique and personalized. 5. The Shoot On the day of the shoot, I’ll arrive early, fully prepared, and ready to capture your special moments. I aim to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free, guiding you as needed to bring out your best. 6. Post-Production After the session, I’ll carefully edit your photos or videos to ensure they meet the highest standards. You can expect a mix of timeless and creative styles that align with your preferences. 7. Delivery Once the editing is complete, I’ll deliver the final product through a secure online gallery called pic-time 8. Follow-Up I’ll check in to ensure you’re delighted with the results and answer any questions. If needed, we can discuss additional edits or future projects.
