Tony and Joshua showed up on time and where courtesy and professional. They treated my home as if it was theirs. They checked the entire plumbing system before even doing the work I had scheduled them for. I had them replace both exterior faucets and wanted the shower fixture replaced. Tony gave me the option to rebuild the existing unit if the main fixture was in good shape. He was able to rebuild the entire shower fixture for about 1/2 the cost of replacing everything. I had no idea this was possible and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to reduce cost. Emma and Catlin kept in touch to schedule and follow up after the work was done. This is a great family run business and I highly recommended using them. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing work I need done in the future.

Blue Owl did an amazing job installing our kitchen and bathroom faucets as well as our shower fixtures. Joshua was very detail oriented, professional, and proficient. My husband and I loved how everything came out and we highly recommend them!

Tony from BlueOwl has been my plumber for about a decade. I have owned a number of homes during that time including two multi-families so I have used him for more jobs than I can count. He has done everything from burst pipes, to heating system issues, to bath and kitchen remodels. Most recently he did the plumbing for a new basement bathroom that I am doing in my home which included installing pipes in the cement floor, sewer pump, all the rough and finish plumbing for the sink, toilet, and shower.He always does a great job, with excellent quality, and he strives to get things done inside of your time table. The thing I like best about Tony is he approaches every job as though it was for his own home. He always does what you are looking for, but he will make recommendations about the best way to do things or things you should think about to make sure that when the job is done it not only is done right, but it meets the needs you had for it. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing or heating needs.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! We had a very difficult install situation during our home rehab project. There was water damage from a busted oil burner, with no indication of how involved the repairs might become. Tony was able to give the "best" and "worst" case scenario in his estimate, and we were blessed to have only a short area in need of replacement. Further, the code requirements had changed over the years, and we were able to navigate toward a propane boiler that Tony installed with great attention to detail and efficiency. The service was more than a customer could reasonably expect. Highest satisfaction; two thumbs up!

    We price everything by the job task. That means that if it takes us longer than we were expecting the price stays the same! And all of our pricing is upfront and in writing before we begin the work.

    We understand that every issue/project is different. So we make sure to take the time to understand the nuances of every job. We think it is important for everyone to understand as much about their homes as possible so we take the time to explain what the problem is and what fix is necessary to get everything back up and running.
