We had to get a few boards replaced due to water damage. Ucleib and his partner were amazing. They were here on time and completed the work beyond our expectations. He attended to all our queries patiently. We highly recommend West Wind Floors for all repair and installation work.

Bruno and Ucleib the owners of West Wind Flooring. are very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. We had them refinish our 70 year old white oak flooring throughout the house but in stages as we are living here. We decided to go with water-based poly with Bona Classic Seal. They did 4 coats of Bona HD Traffic which none of the other quotes offered; even though it was more expensive we decided it would be safer eto have the lower VOCs and longer lasting with 4 coats. At first I was uncertain about the finished color and they tested an area with a darker colorant. We decided to stay with our original plan though and they resanded the small test area they had darkened..all without irritation at the change in the schedule. That's what I mean by accommodating and professional. They both wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the color. We love the look and feel of the floors. I highly recommend West Wind Flooring.

West Wind floors did an incredible job on my floors. I had three spots that needed some serious work and well as refinishing. One spot where dog urine ruined about a 4 foot section, West Wind removed the bad wood and replaced it, you’d never know they patched this area. Second, I had wall with a border removed, West Wind was able to match the border perfectly and patch where the wall was last, I removed a brick hearth, West Wind was able to sand all the remaining cement/debris and refinish making it look like the hearth was never there. Check out my photos. I’ll be calling West Wind again to do another area of my house. Very professional and the quality of the work is outstanding for a very fair price. 10/10

The team did a great job with my floors. They refinished the wood floors in all 3 bedrooms. They were professional throughout and finished the work in a day. They also charged a fair price. I will use them again for flooring needs.
