If I could give LA Demo 1 million stars I would! I recently had a contractor screw me out of a lot of money and left me with half a completed house. When I first reached out to LA Demo I was looking for a quote on just drywall work, and I ended up hiring them to finish everything in my house. They were very reasonable in their pricing, knowledgeable with the work that needed to be done, and worked fast to get my house back to a livable condition. I’ve been living in a fully demolished house for a year and LA Demo came in and got my house back together in a month and I am truly grateful. If I ever need any other work done around my house I will always call them first!

They did an amazing job with a 3 bedroom total remodel. They commitment to the job was outstanding and they were very reasonably priced. Would hire again.

I started out wanting my sunporch getting wallboards and while doing that I found a loose cover on one of my window sills. I went around checking and all the window sills and frames were rotted. (85yr old house). They were able to fit in that job too. The prices were excellent. I would highly recommend them

Johana, Jose and his crew done amazing job. Work quality; Jose made sure to communicate throughout the work and use his expertise when I was not sure what the best option was for replacing deck, organizing wires and repatching the nail holes. He also did extra work on door knobs and corners with cracks that wasn’t asked. I greatly appreciate the thorough works he did for the unit. Responsiveness; Johana always updated me with the work progress, and where they are at. Whatever I brought up, the company made sure I get a quick turnaround. There was a bit miscommunication in terms of blind but Jose fixed it the next day. The team made sure every request made was successfully done. Price; very reasonable. I’d say one of the most reasonable prices you can ever get in MA. I requested nail patch+painting (while unit Inc. ceiling)+loft removal+re-installation of items with loosen screws, and was surprised by the reasonable price quote the team asked for. While the service was estimated to be done in 4 days, the requests were all completed in 3 days. I’d definitely reach out to the team again if I have any projects :) Greatly appreciate the team’s work on the unit.
