They made a mistake in the beginning. I was 2 1/2 hours away from them. They said they would charge me $20 for traveling fee. That was all right. But I thought it was kind of strange that somebody would come 2 1/2 hours for a $300 job Now they don’t even know where Pittsfield is to pick up my door from Home Depot. They wanna know if it’s close to my house no it’s not and I’m not paying any more fees for traveling. This is ridiculous. It shouldn’t have stopped from the beginning. I sent them a cancellation. I’ll look for another problem. That’s near me.
