Recently, we hired Lee Kosiewski of Stony Creek Excavating to install a sump pump in our basement and a French drain along the front & side of our house. Lee performed an excellent job with both projects! He hung heavy plastic to cover the area he was digging out for our sump pump to keep the concrete dust contained. He cleaned up all the broken concrete and smoothed out the area around the new sump pump. When he finished the French drain, he took care to put our yard back as he found it and reseeded the lawn. Both jobs were completed within a very short time. We plan to have him back in the spring to do some more excavation work. I would highly recommend Lee Kosiewski. Lee prepared our yard for a shed install and cleared a bunch of land to prepare it for seed. He was super responsive, professional, and fair. We will absolutely use him again!!

Lee did an amazing and thorough job clearing over growth and brush in our yard. He also graded screened loam and seeded the area. Terrific work for a great value
