Leo’s team replaced all the drywalls of 3 rooms, replaced/removed outlets and thermostats, and installed new floor and baseboard for us. They’re very fast and hard working, and will make an effort to fix everything until you’re satisfied. We’re in general happy to work with Leo and his team!

We requested some demo of a non load bearing wall divider and the creation of a built in. Leo from Andrade’s Services was incredible! The entire team of carpenters, electricians, floor specialists, and painters were incredibly talented and did exceptional work. Leo was clear about pricing and timeline, and finished in exactly the timeframe agreed upon. As the project progressed, Leo had very thoughtful suggestions that enhanced the final project while staying within our budget including adding lights to the built in, and refinishing the whole first floor (which he was able to negotiate a better price on). He understood our vision and advised throughout how to ensure the end product exceeded expectations. I would hire Andrade’s Services again, without hesitation and am recommending them to friends & family!
