- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flat rate prices depending on the size of the drain that I am working on and the type of equipment needed to fix it. My prices are always reasonable they vary on drain size and the type of equipment needed to fix the problem properly. This what keeps my call backs and reclogging to an absolute bare minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the problem over the phone. With my years in this business I can generally understand exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix the issue right over the phone without even seeing the issue.
