I will be working with Zac in the near future for additional work on another property. Zac met all deadlines and I did not have to follow up at all. He laid out the entire project and what he was able to or not do and in many instances he initiated changes that he thought were best. A+ plus work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet on site or I will provide services as needed via phone and computer. I will review your information and give you a price to complete your drawings. Once I receive your deposit I will start on your design. All drawings include full CAD drawings consisting of floor plans and elevations. Also included will be a 3D version along with a video of your project to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the construction industry goes back to my vocational training in high school. I then attended night classes at Wentworth Institute in Boston MA specializing in developing drawings and work schedules.
