Zac was awesome to work with in putting together construction plans/permits for an addition and breezeway for my house. He was super responsive and easy to work with. I began the project with what I thought I wanted but made a change after Zac’s initial visit and he adapted quickly while also letting me know what was or wasn’t a good idea and what challenges I might face. 100% would work with again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet on site or I will provide services as needed via phone and computer. I will review your information and give you a price to complete your drawings. Once I receive your deposit I will start on your design. All drawings include full CAD drawings consisting of floor plans and elevations. Also included will be a 3D version along with a video of your project to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the construction industry goes back to my vocational training in high school. I then attended night classes at Wentworth Institute in Boston MA specializing in developing drawings and work schedules.
