The Bearded Bear team was great! David responded immediately to my request and came out early the next morning on a Sunday to evaluate my failing 65 year old oil boiler. He was able to clearly articulate the problem, including obsolescence and replacement part unavailability. He was able to provided options (oil, propane, natural gas, heat-pumps) and recommendations based upon budget and future plans for the home. I really liked that he was willing to go with whatever option I chose and did not exhibit any pressure unlike the previous company. After sleeping on the choices, I chose the most economical option and went with the like-for-like replacement. A new boiler was obtained the same day and was completely installed the next. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Bearded Bear and highly recommended them.
