FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate makes sure that my time and expertise are covered. However, additional fees may be added on for time, travel, or editing. I required a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The other 50% will be due on the day of your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I try to understand what my client wants. Let's talk about how your photos will be used so we can make an image that works for you. We'll agree on a price based on how long your session is, how many photos are edited, how far we have to travel, etc., and then set a date and place for your photo session. Next, I’ll send over appointment details and an invoice with a 50% deposit requirement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I consider myself primarily a self-taught street photographer. My experience with shooting street pictures has given me a leg up on the competition compared to more traditional portrait photographers. I think it's crucial to work constantly on improving one's skills. I'm very proficient in both Lightroom and Photoshop. Not to mention, I am almost always enrolled in a course to continue my lighting and photography education.
