What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I only provide overnight services, I charge by the evening. The price depends on the services requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I am available for the requested dates/length of time, I set up a meet and greet to get to know the customer, become familiar with the pup or the house and location, and determine if this is an appropriate fit for us both.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of experience and trust and confidence that has built over time with my previous customers.
