Honestly yall… hire Charlie! He is great! I had a last minute emergency, no hot water. Charlie came as soon as he could. He tried to fix the little things but that didn’t give me hot water so he went out of his way to call the company because he remembered there was a recall on the valve to see if they would send it free. They were gonna send it free but it wouldn’t be here until the following day so Charlie asked how he could go about getting the part from a partner. Charlie then drove 30 minutes and back to get the part and got my water heater working in an hour after. Plus he repaired a pipe that was damaged from the installer who the previous homeowners hired.

After dealing with plumbing and draining issues Charles came and assessed the situation. We had multiple clogs and some leaky pipes and faucets. He gave a very reasonable price and the work was done faster than expected with great care in the quality! Highly recommend No Leaks Plumbing
