- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel, lashes, the makeup itself are included in the final payment and will be discussed prior to us meeting. Also, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable if canceled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to build a bond (long lasting or temporary) and to listen attentively to what the client has to say and their request. Also, I think that what happens in the chair should stay in the chair because often times conversations tend to get very deep and no one would want to broadcast their business. I’m very diligent about conversations that my customers and I have during our sessions or conversations they have over the phone during their appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently in Cosmetology School. I’ve worked at a high end cosmetics department and know different techniques to use on clients with all types of skin and undertones. I improve my craft, train and take classes on a regular basis.
