- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should be informed of all fees, discounts, etc prior to closing the deal with a provider
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer to discuss their expectations as well as inform them of what I do so they can decide if I’m the right person for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught. I have done plenty research on my craft but I have no training or certificates.
