I am a yogi instructor, reiki master, model and personal trainer who does bespoke events and works with private clients. Am also a working chef, chef educator, herbalist and nutritionist skilled in making and teaching others to make delicious food that can be as healthful, as decadent, or as healing as is desired for the occassion.
