I recognize that every person, and more importantly, every body is different. No two people will respond the same to training and specific adjustments needs to be made to every individual. All of my clients get personal attention with very specific consideration to their plan. I enjoy positively influencing the lives of others. Whether is be only a month, a week, a day or even a single meal, if I can improve upon someone's experience that is a victory for me. It doesn't necessarily always have to be in the gym but in any aspect of life.

I sought out personal training because I was overweight, out of shape, & when I went to the gym I had no idea what I was doing. I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford it & also worried that personal training was more suited to athletes or bodybuilders. I posted on this site, & got some responses very quickly. Johnny was one of the first to contact me, & we worked out a plan I could afford which he felt would help me achieve my objectives. In two and a half months I lost nearly thirty pounds with a meal plan Johnny devised, meeting with him once a week, & doing workouts he designs & monitors on my own. I am in better health overall & feel more confident at the gym. I am still working with Johnny & feel my decision to do personal training with him was a wise decision. Johnny has a studio he shares with other trainers, & it's clean & never crowded. He has a lot of knowledge about fitness, health, & exercise. He varies my routines so I'm always learning new things. He works with bodybuilders as well as couch potatoes like myself, & I highly recommend him as a trainer.

We cannot more strongly recommend Mr. Johnny Loreti and his company, Anthrofit Training. Johnny is working with my husband, an older gentleman with Traumatic Brain Injury. Johnny has been nothing but kind, considerate, gentle, and understanding. He is an excellent communicator and innovator who has developed specialized exercises, based upon my husband's needs and his current capabilities. Extraordinary! My husband is improving with each week. And, to top that, Johnny LISTENS. He absorbs comments and suggestions and incorporates them into my husband's exercise routine. Before we hired Anthrofit, I researched, corresponded, and interviewed countless numbers of Personal Trainers in the Greater Boston Area. Not one could match the kindness, respectfulness, and skill of Mr. Loreti. Johnny is very professional, responsible and knowledgable. He's very easy to work with, and always there to answer any questions you might have, whether it's nutrition, injury, or training related. Due to personal financial reasons, I couldn't continue my training with Johnny, but he's still open to help me even after I stopped having classes with him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who's interested in getting in shape. He's worth it.

It has been an awesome experience working with Johnny. He is great at switching up exercises that not only continue to challenge me but keep it mixed up so I'm never bored. His knowledge of working with macronutrients is fascinating and it's the first time with his help that I could find an eating plan that helped me lose weight! I have had such a great experience prepping for my first show and am excited to see what I can bring to the stage after having Johnny's help! Definately would recommend him as a trainer for either gender as with your hard work and his help and guidance you will see great results!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly study and prepare myself for new certifications and educational certificates in my field. I am a lifelong student and I am always looking to learn more. You always needs to be ahead of the curve.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience a consultation or an evaluation. You really need to meet with someone and spend time with them to know if you're going to have great chemistry training together.
