Steve was a great partner through our entire process of buying a new home and then renting our condo. He was more then willing to travel long distances during rush hour to view properties with us and was always super responsive, thorough, and thoughtful in answering our questions. We ultimately purchased a new construction that threw us multiple curveballs during the closing process. Steve was able to coordinate with multiple parties (builder, town officials, lawyers) to make sure the deal closed! In addition to his personal efforts, all of the folks Steve recommended to us to work with (lawyer, home inspectors) were awesome! Would recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent property in the Boston area!

Steve helped us buy our first home! He walked us through the whole process and made a challenging, emotional process surprisingly easy and fun. He started by preparing a report of comparable home sales to what we were thinking of buying so we had a good understanding of the market and then went to a handful of open houses with us. When the home that we ended up buying came on the market we were actually out of town. Steve did the tour on video with us and helped us be confident enough to make an offer without seeing the place in-person. As we were preparing the offer he realized that the condo would not be warrantable which significantly increased the rates the lender we were working with could offer. He quickly found another lender that gave us a rate that was almost as good as the initial rate we had for a warrantable condo. He talked us through how to decide what to offer and what contingencies and our offer was accepted at what we feel is a fair price! Then he walked us through the rest of the process and still promptly answers any questions we have even after we've moved in!

During the buying process he was honest, knowledgeable and he helped get the answers to questions we needed to make the right decisions. He always made himself available to talk and explained the process to us each step of the way. We also used Steve to sell our Boston Condo, where he exceeded expectations! I am fair & transparent with my pricing, and always happy to discuss pricing with my clients. Cost is typically job dependent.

I like to first meet my clients, either in person or virtually, so that I can get a better understanding of their real estate needs and how I can help them achieve their goals. Future plans of action are dictated by client needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 100 hours of formal education, in addition to years of hands-on experience. I train and manage a full team of agents at Rise Realty, and have also taught real estate classes for prospective real estate agents.
