Josh has been my personal trainer for a decade. I've stuck with him because he's attentive, supportive, encouraging, and adapts my workouts to fit my current level of health, fitness, and strength. Those have varied over the years as my schedule and body have changed (I'm in my early 60s). Josh helps me stay focused on my goals, proceeding at a sustainable, healthy pace.
