- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing and fees are NOT FINAL. I’m happy to work within your budget to create and execute an amazing experience for your special occasion!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Information gathering: find out what the event is for, food requests, style, allergies, service, etc. 2. Create a couple of sample menus based on conversation and send those, as well as a plan of action / timeline for service, to the guest for approval. 3. Execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 + years experience in hospitality. Learned how to cook under chefs from Michelin star restaurants and Italian grandmothers. Server, bartender, food runner, host and every other position. 8 years in management at high-end restaurants and lounges, 2 as General Manager. I’ve written 3 service manuals and teach classes on food, wine spirits and service. Member of an award-winning team: Travel and Leisure magazines 19th in the world for boutique resorts. Also… I’m hilarious.
