I worked with David for months. He has a sharp eye for finding issues such as mold, leaks, and fire ants. He has many people working for him and can come up with business ideas that have a lot of upside potential. David was willing to work out a payment plan with me and was able to accept some credit card payments as well.

I had to replace a rotten wooden plate behind the landing of my main door. The rotted wood became a blocker to finish my project. David responded within minutes and was able to complete the entire task in < 24 hrs. This resulted in 0 impact to my project. The work was also very well done.
