They were responsive, informative, and communicated with us every step of the way. That level of professionalism made it much easier to trust them in our home and with such a big project. Our renovation was long and very invasive since we were living in the house during the work, but they made the process as comfortable as possible. They taped off areas, hung plastic coverings, and took extra steps to control dust so our kids could stay comfortable and healthy while the work was being done.
