Derek is the knowledgeable, practical, unassuming, and extremely reasonable professional that I really wanted to find, but never expected it would actually happen. Installations of ductless systems have exploded these past 10 years, hyper-accelerating during and after COVID, and prices for installs and regular service have gone way out of control. Derek quoted me a price for servicing our 4 indoor units that fit with a reasonable hourly rate for his time, but was roughly one-sixth of the price quoted by one of the leading local ductless companies. He arrived on-time, and got to work. Our units were in a pretty tough state, and it wound up taking him 35% longer and 60% more cleaning materials than normal, but he did not ask for a penny more. We paid him the extra because he'd earned it, and he accepted it with gratitude.
I highly recommend him, and I don't do that often.

Derek was able to come in and clean our indoor units that we had installed two years ago. He was able to give us upfront and reasonable pricing, our appointment was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We have signed up for routine cleanings and look forward to having him return.
