- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide excellent service and competitive prices. We do not charge trip fees like most contractors; our estimates are absolutely free. We often have specials; please feel free to call and check on what's currently available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to inspect the area, determine the issue, get the measurements, collect the client's ideas and vision. The second step is to provide the quote, usually within the 24-48 hours. Once we have received a confirmation email with signed contract to proceed, we schedule the project usually within the next two weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly experienced, and we employ the best work ethics. Always on time, excellent result and always, always clean up after ourselves.
