Ground level photos were taken at a decent resolution but the aerial photos were captured at only 4mp. The price was too high for the quality received and we will have to hire an additional photographer to retake the aerials. The aerial photos were screen grabs from a video file which is the reason for the low resolution. Photographer needs to upgrade their aerial equipment to professional equipment if they are going to provide a professional service as this left us disappointed and needing to hire another photographer for the aerial photos. He did offer to reshoot the project but couldn't do this for 2 more weeks which will not work for our deadline.

I wish you would have allowed us to re-shoot your aerial images per your specs needed.
