Bayou Brothers Construction, LLC (owner—Mr. Wells) renovated three areas of my home that were documented through a home inspection. This company was instrumental in bringing my house up to code and safety regulations. Mr. Shane and his team kept me informed on the project. They worked expediently and thoroughly while doing a very good job. I recommend using this company for future projects.

The owners were very easy to work with. Provided a very reasonable quote and started the need day! Great workmanship. Pleased with my new roof would definitely hire again!

Very sad to say that after paying $1500 for a roof repair that included a 5 YEAR warranty in July 2024 on the work, Shane/Shana have refused to uphold the warranty, 5 MONTHS later. The leak they assured me was fixed was leaking again within 3 months- Oct 2024. We’ve reached out multiple times, set appointments, they NEVER showed up. The only reply I’ve gotten is “so sorry we’re busy”. I’ve called, texted, emailed approx 20 times following that brush off. No reply. I now have the same leak that I had that I hired them to fix and I’m out the cost of the project plus no explanation about whether they will uphold the warranty that they insisted was included in the cost of their work. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Scammers. Be aware Shaan and Shana are not honest people. We have been contacting them for weeks because they didn’t fix our leak that we paid them to do. They change the original agreement and price in the middle of the project 3 times. After I paid them, I was getting call and text messages at 4am in them morning for days and I mean days because they were having issues with there payment system. The system charged me twice! Very disorganized construction company. I do not recommend. Bayou Brothers please fix this leak that I paid for.
