I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very aggressive to get our business but after we signed a contract with them, the customer service went away quickly. Not only did they not start when they said they would, they left lots of product on the ground that wasn't used. I called several times and they said they would come pick it up but never did. I had to clean it up myself. The roof started leaking within a year. After multiple calls, someone finally sent out a contractor to look at it. His exact words were that they screwed it up. There was no flashing where the chimney was. They just turned up the shingles and tried to seal it but did a very bad job. This caused leakage in our living room that has caused wall damage in two places. The sub contractor who was sent to look into the problem said that one area would be warrantied but the other area wouldn't. ???!!! This was not his fault, he was just letting me know what Rain Tight said. Anyway, he said they are responsible for the one area and that Rain Tight should come out and fix it for free. I called the rep who I used at Rain Tight that day to ask why only one area would be warrantied and not the other. Of course it has been almost 2 weeks and they will not return my call and of course they have not fixed the living room damage because of their mistake. I would have given them 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. I am not someone who expects everything to be perfect all the time but I do expect to be responded to. I don't ever post reviews either but I felt I needed to tell everyone to be aware of using Rain Tight and to take their business elsewhere.

Chris, we're disappointed to hear this, as we always want to provide the best service from start to finish of working with customers. It's not acceptable to leave any gear for any amount of time, so we're sorry that it took so long and lacked professionalism. Although mistakes happen, we always want to correct them when possible, and we apologize that the warranty only covered part of it, as we know that can be frustrating. My sister-in-law's roof was damaged during a previous hailstorm and was in bad shape. After the latest wind and rain storm, I suggested she get the roof inspected. Mark Anders from Rain Tight Roofing came out and did an inspection the next day. They took care of everything! They worked closely with her insurance company and the materials were delivered the following Monday. The installation was done a couple of days later and it looks terrific. The guys who put the roof on worked all day long and cleaned up everything afterwards. Mark Anders kept in touch with us along the way keeping us appraised of the situation. I would highly recommend this company. They do a great job for a fair price. You can trust them!

Excellent company to work with. New shingles were install on the entire roof with new ridge vents. The workers worked long and hard to finish the project as quickly as possible. Clean up was done properly with no debris left on site. We are well please with our decision to call Rain Tight
