FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Custom Packages: Our pricing is tailored to each client's needs, so we offer flexible packages based on the type of photography service you require—whether it’s weddings, portraits, events, or commercial work. We’ll work with you to create a package that aligns with your vision and budget. No Hidden Fees: We believe in clear, upfront pricing. The cost you’re quoted will be the total cost, with no surprise fees. Any additional services or products (like extra images, prints, or travel fees) will be discussed beforehand. Discounts & Promotions: We occasionally offer special promotions, especially for repeat clients or referrals. Be sure to ask about any ongoing discounts when booking. Deposit & Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot or before delivery of final images. Payment plans can be arranged if needed. Travel Fees: If your shoot location is outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. We’ll provide an estimate for any travel expenses upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first reach out, we’ll have a conversation (via phone, email, or in-person) to discuss your vision, needs, and any specific details about the shoot. Whether it’s a wedding, portrait session, or commercial project, we want to understand your goals and how we can bring them to life. We’ll also talk about your budget, timing, and any other preferences you may have. This helps us create a custom package that fits both your needs and your vision.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in photography because of a deep love for storytelling through images. My journey into photography was a natural progression from a lifelong passion for art and creative expression. As I grew as a photographer, I expanded my services to include family portraits, commercial shoots, and even corporate events. Over the years, I’ve learned so much from my clients—each shoot is an opportunity to grow, learn, and evolve as both an artist and a business owner.
