Mr. Harold showed up on time for our scheduled appointment. The first question he asked me was “ what are your concerns. Then he proceeded to address my concerns, founded my problem and then offered solutions to the problem. All my issues were resolved the same day. I would definitely use HDS again to address any issues that I may have with my roof.

If allowed, I would have selected all five categories to like about working with HDS. I was being threatened by my insurance company to repair the roof asap or risk being dropped, so the situation was extremely stressful. Harold responded to my Thumbtack inquiry within minutes, came by shortly thereafter to do a thorough exam of my roof. He explained everything well, was polite and friendly, and within a few hours I had an estimate which was reasonable, and Jose came later that same to do the repairs. He was quick and thorough and documented everything for me to send to the insurance company. I could not have been more pleased, and recommend Harold and his team at HDS for their exceptional work.
