If allowed, I would have selected all five categories to like about working with HDS. I was being threatened by my insurance company to repair the roof asap or risk being dropped, so the situation was extremely stressful. Harold responded to my Thumbtack inquiry within minutes, came by shortly thereafter to do a thorough exam of my roof. He explained everything well, was polite and friendly, and within a few hours I had an estimate which was reasonable, and Jose came later that same to do the repairs. He was quick and thorough and documented everything for me to send to the insurance company. I could not have been more pleased, and recommend Harold and his team at HDS for their exceptional work.

I contacted HDS on Tuesday morning for a last minute request for gutter cleaning before hurricane Francine. Harold and his team were here within two hours and not only cleaned my gutters but also secured some nails on my roof and changed a pipe cover to prevent any leaking. They were efficient and polite. I will definitely call them again for any home projects.

Harold and his team were friendly, professional and prompt. I sent him a picture of my damages and within hours he scheduled appointment and came to my home within 12 hours. He was extremely concerned about the hole in my roof and placed a temporary patch. Within a week, he sent estimate, he went through my HOA process to approve project, ordered supplies and repaired the roof within three hours. Extremely satisfied.
