- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full payment is due within 14 days before session/event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients before the event to talk over any concerns they may have as well as look over timelines and get to know them. This helps both of us get an idea of what we can expect the day of as well as after the event. For portrait sessions I provide a style guide that is optional but makes it easier for my clients to choose their outfits for the whole family that photographs well as well as complements everyone’s different personalities. This is something I would have loved when my husband and I took our engagement pictures so I love serving my clients in this way! Plenty of people are nervous before session (including myself) one way I help that is I take care of everything from lighting to posing, so you don’t have to worry about anything, simply enjoy yourself!
