- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, just try to make it affordable, and at the same time make sure I don't leave myself no profit. I normally go based on what needs to be done, and how long that will take. I factor in having pets, a smokers home, and gas to travel to and from. I also account for me providing supplies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actually going to school online currently.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Not sure really. I was working in home health care for yrs. I really enjoyed taking care of others and their homes. Somehow ended up needing more hrs, a friend sent me to a hotel by Hilton that was hiring. I got hired, stayed for a few yrs, and stuck with it, I was in a position to be able to train, and inspect rooms, so went from there with recommendations that got me to a supervisory position for a janitorial company that contracted with businesses. I enjoyed my work, and I was good at my job, so stuck with it. Before moving a couple of yrs ago to here I was working for Merry Maids. I am going to school online right now , but still wanted to continue cleaning.
