In Feb 2018, Nicholas was the only one to send a legitimate estimate through Thumbtack when I listed I had 14 bushes. Everyone else put $1 which is not useful information. This is why I contacted Nicholas back over the other companies. He came out next day and we walked over my yard and talked about every set of bushes and what my plans and goals were. He didn't try to pressure me into any more work than I'd contacted him for and it turned out I had 21 bushes not 14. :P He was also going to clear out a large pile of branches, cut and pull a bush, and dig up a fence post. We scheduled after the walk through, and then rescheduled due to weather, but I felt communication was very clear every step of the way. When the day came, he worked alone on site for several hours and when I came out to check on how he was doing, he asked for feedback about work done so far to make sure I was satisfied. The job came out under $500 which I found to be very reasonable for the intense work and effort he put in. I would definitely hire again when it comes time to hem those crazy bushes again. :)
