Jon explained that my board had gone bad and offered to replace it, but suggested a new opener with the quiet belt drive option would be money better spent, considering my current opener is 17 years old. I agreed. Jon removed and replaced my opener with a new Chamberlain model that offered both WIFI and key pad options as well as two clickers. This best fit our needs. I am extremely happy with the service and the smile Jon offered. If and when the need arises, I will most definitely call Garage Door Pro/Jon! Thanks again.

I live out of state & this company took care of my Vietnamese mother even communicating through translator apps when I was not available. Went above & beyond to make us feel valued!!!The professionalism & quality of work is second to none. The owner is highly capable & instills confidence that he is the MAN for the job. Highly intelligent with great communication & articulation of the product & process. We had a meeting of the minds from beginning to end & he LISTENED then made my end goal into REALITY.Anyone reading this dont hesitate to call this outfit & enjoy the experience this company offers.
