My wife and I are first-time home buyers and we were overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done before we purchased our home. We hired Talon Home Inspection because they had an outstanding track record as evident by other reviews on this website as well as others. Carlo was very friendly and empathetic to the fact that my wife and I had no idea what to look for in a home inspection. He was incredibly thorough and made sure we understood everything that he marked in the inspection. After the inspection we received a wonderful report including pictures of every thing (thankfully most of it was preventative and cosmetic) that needed to be done as well as links to supplies and suppliers to make these corrections. He went above and beyond the extra mile for us and really took a lot of the stress out of the whole pre-purchase period. I would highly recommend Talon Home Inspection to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you Carlo!

He provided an outstanding final report on a house we were interested in buying. After his report and detailed assessment of what needed to be done to preserve the house, we were much more at ease that we were indeed buying a quality home and a fair price. I was very please and impressed with the work that Talon Inspections completed on a property I was interested in (and purchased). Carlo explained the process with great detail, answered all of my questions, was able to get the inspection complete and a detailed report back to me with in a very timely manner. The process was very easy and I felt confident he did a very professional and great job. I would highly recommend Talon Inspections to anyone looking into purchasing a property.

    We quote according to square footage of home, year built, and other extra features of a home like crawlspaces.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Each year I attend both the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association (KREIA) conferences and The National Association of Home Inspectors Conference. (3 conferences)

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    They must be Kentucky Licensed and be affiliated with various Home Inspector Associations.
