Another thing that I am so grateful for is that when working with coach how much my confidence has improved. In the past I would make like 3 mistakes in a row and I would feel like I can’t do anything right and I would shut down. Now, if I was to mess up 3 times in a row I would have more positive self talk, and I would still be just as confident. I’ve always struggled with confidence and I feel like that was the main thing missing from my game on top of the little details that I’ve mentioned before.
