- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As all work is custom and unique it is difficult to give accurate pricing for a project until a design has been finalized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the process will include a consultation in the way of a call or site visit to establish ideas and a price range. A design phase to finalize what is to be built, at which point the cost of the project will be presented. A build phase in a time frame appropriate for the scope of the project. Typically a deposit will be paid at the start of this phase. Lastly, delivery or install of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NVQ level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery certified from City&Guilds of London UK. Qualified through the Royal Institute for Carpenters.
