- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are just as comparable as adding in blown in or bat insulation, however, our product is far more energy efficient, will last longer and could possibly qualify for a tax deduction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to come out and visit with the customer about their wants and needs. From there, we will take an energy efficient tour around your home to discover where your losing R value. We will come up with a plan and estimate. All estimates are signed before any work has begun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs go through an extensive training program coupled with following around a veteran team in our region for a week to fully immerse themselves in the spray foam industry.
