- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees. I let you know everything up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them a bit. I want to know if we mesh well before we agree to move forward. My work may not be everyone’s taste and that’s fine but if I’m not I don’t want to waste your time and I want to point you towards someone that can make your vision come true!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I may not have a degree but my hearts in it. Education teaches you to have the skill, but if your heart isn’t in it, and you don’t have an eye for the art of it— then you have nothing but knowledge.
