I contacted Julie on Labor Day with an urgent need to have a document notarized along with two witnesses. I told her about issues I’d encountered that I was unaware of and she patiently, carefully and informatively answered my questions and shared her obvious vast wealth of knowledge on the subject. Several things impressed me . The first was that she responded to my inquiry very quickly. Second, she was out of town with her family yet she stepped away to return my call. Third, she wasn’t available to help me but continued to talk to me patiently answering my questions. Fourth, she referred me to a trusted person that I was able to contact easily. I had great confidence after speaking with her that the person she referred me to would have the same level of professionalism that she did. Last and most importantly she was so kind and I felt like I was talking with an old friend in spite of the fact we’d never met. It’s no wonder that she’s in high demand. In the middle of an anxious and stressful situation she was able to put me at ease. What a joy!! I wish there were more people in the world like her!! I’ll use her if I have future notary service needs and I confidently would refer her to friends and family and to anyone that’s looking for a notary. She’s so much more and then some. You can’t go wrong with her!!

We needed some important documents signed and notarized while my father was an inpatient at the KU Medical Center. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to establish contact and have a conversation about the customer's specific needs with plenty of time for asking questions about the notarization process and expectations. Having open, direct communication is one of the most important ways for a customer to become a client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most recently, I completed National Notary Association Loan Signing Agent training as well as passing NNA issued exam. I am currently participating in online Notary Development training through Ladies & The Stamp LLC with an emphasis on business structure, loan signing agent training and other aspects of notary development.
