- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a job by job basis. Everything we do is custom!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone call to see if we are a good fit for your project. If possible I like the customer to send me a few pictures of there project. That gives me a good idea on what route we can take. I will then come out for an in home consultation so we can do the fun part Design! After we are ready to move forward I will meet you for tile and material selection at one of my vendors. Then we get you on the schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Class A licensed contractor. And years and years of experience working in the field.
